Turn Granola meeting notes into slides following this simple tutorial.

Granola helps you take notes during a meeting without having to write down everything. It transcribes the conversation and uses it to expand your own notes into a fuller account of the discussion. Afterward, you have the main topics and follow-up work in one place.
But when you need to present that discussion, there’s still a deck to make. Granola alone gives you the notes; but cannot turn them into slides for you. We offer a solution using SlidesPilot -- copy the enhanced notes, add a short instruction about your audience, and generate a presentation you can refine and share.
Granola is an AI notepad that combines the notes you write with the meeting transcript. You can jot down a few points while listening, then use the enhanced notes to return to the discussion afterward. It captures audio from your computer without sending a meeting bot into the call.
The enhanced notes are a useful starting point for a presentation because they already bring related points together under headings. You can use them for a project update, a client recap, or a briefing for colleagues who weren’t in the meeting.
You don’t have to rewrite those headings as slide titles or move each bullet onto a slide yourself. Bring the text into SlidesPilot and tell it what the deck should cover.
Open Home in Granola and select the meeting note you want to present.

In the open note, select Enhanced to use the notes that combine your own input with the meeting discussion. Read through the content and decide what belongs in the presentation. For a client, that might be agreed scope and next steps; for your team, it might be decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.

Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner, beside Share, and choose Copy enhanced notes. The text is now ready to paste into SlidesPilot.

Keep the details your audience needs, including names, dates, figures, and commitments. Remove anything that shouldn’t appear in the shared deck, and add a brief explanation if a point needs more context. There’s no need to format the notes as slides first.

Create My PresentationIn SlidesPilot, select Paste in text and paste your Granola notes. In Instructions, say who will see the deck and what you want to cover.
Something like “Create a short project update for leadership, focusing on progress, risks, and decisions needed” is enough to give it a direction. For a more specific structure, try:

steps. Put action items in a table with owners and deadlines.
Use concise, professional language and preserve the facts in the notes. For a client recap, change the prompt to focus on agreed scope, responsibilities, and the next checkpoint.

Choose the language, length, density, and tone, or leave them on Auto. For a quick recap, choose a short deck and concise text.
Choose Standard for editable, block-based slides, or Beautified for image-based slides you can refine with AI.
Click Generate Presentation, then choose a theme when prompted.
Read through the deck and check that the main outcome, decisions, and next steps are easy to follow.
In Standard mode, you can also open the editor to change text and layouts directly. For Beautified slides, use Edit with AI to request changes such as “Shorten the introduction” or “Put the risks on one slide.” .
Check that names, dates, figures, and commitments match your meeting notes, then make any final changes to the theme or wording.

Copy the sharable link, or export the slides to PowerPoint, Google Slides, PDF or PNG images to present or keep editing.

Yes. Copy the enhanced notes into SlidesPilot and choose Standard mode. You can edit the generated slides and use the available PowerPoint export option to continue working on the deck.
Beautified is optional if you prefer image-based slides that you refine with Edit with AI. Both choices start with the same pasted notes.
No account connection is needed for this workflow. Use Copy enhanced notes in Granola, then Paste in text in SlidesPilot. The notes are the source for the presentation; the Instructions field tells SlidesPilot how you want to present them.
Paste your notes into SlidesPilot’s Text to PPT tool, describe the audience and purpose, and create your deck.
